We love pets and we show it! At any Venterra community, you can welcome up to three pets per apartment home, and with no weight restrictions, even bigger dogs can truly feel at home. We make it easy to bring your furry, feathered, or small caged companions with you, and our on-site team keeps the process simple, flexible, and stress free.

We welcome a wide range of pets, including:

Pets That Require Additional Review

To help keep our community safe and comfortable for everyone, certain animals require pre-approval.

Exotic animals such as ferrets, snakes, rabbits, reptiles, spiders, insects, and uncaged birds are not permitted unless approved in writing by the Owner
Venomous animals are not permitted
